Because I have the shortest attention span in the world and this is exactly what happens with absolutely every fandom or community that I join - I'll be incredibly enthusiastic for a couple of months, reading everything, writing fanfiction non-stop (though hardly anything gets finished; see 'short attention span' above), commenting on journals, finding trivia... and then it will sort of fizzle out. I mean, the last time I posted here was February. How did that happen?

So, I'm still here, but I never quite feel inspired to post any more. My QAF marathon kind of fizzled out, (for some reason, 'fizzle out' is my expression of the day), and I don't really have a whole lot to say.

Hmmm...

But now I'm listening to Forever Young and I've been listening to other QAF songs throughout the entire day - Lover's Spit, High School Confidential, Save The Last Dance For Me... and I want to be that incredibly enthusiastic QAF fan again, the gal I was when I joined IJ. I know that soon after I joined, I was playing in the Adam Lambert fandom (which, again, is something that has - say it with me - fizzled out) and posting about Glee, though I can't quite get into the Glee fandom, and then I was reading Harry Potter fic again... but I feel like I've just found my way back to QAF. And yeah, maybe fandom isn't as active as it was 'back in the day', but I wasn't around then and a fandom is a fandom, right? Sometimes it's crazily active, sometimes it's slow, but it's still a group of people who have come together because of their love for the same thing, right? Even if that 'same thing' is just pretty boys kissing.

I'm going to pause for a moment, just in case anyone feels like holding hands and singing Kum Ba Yah.

I need to make time to start watching QAF again. I probably won't be watching the episodes in order and I don't have great ambitions of recapping each episode once I've watched it, but I think I need this. I need to rediscover that gorgeous, gorgeous story about Brian and Justin and everyone around them. The first time I watched the series, I remember being floored by the intensity of the love story and how amazing it was. I need to discover that again, because I need that soulmate type love in my life right now - not necessarily for me, but I need it there.

I'm still here, guys, and I still love the boys. I'll be around.

	I am so so glad that you found qaf again,i enjoy listening to Adam on my ipod,watching glee on tv,but qaf is my one and only fandom...and if you ever want to marathon a episode,please let me know,cuz j would love to... ♥ (Reply to this) (Thread)

*hugs* I'm glad I found my way back, too. Like I said, I drift in and out of fandom, but I've been missing QAF a lot lately. Also, I would love to marathon an episode with you, but let me get back to you about times/dates because there's a bunch of stuff I've got going on right now. But I will definitely let you know! I think I'm craving some season 1/early season 2 stuff - what about you?

WELCOME BACK!!

Yay!! I'm so happy that you're finding your way back to us! I've been wondering where you are and missed your posts and contributions.

Just watch a couple of your favorite episodes of qaf and all your enthusiasm for Brian and Justin and their beautiful love story will come flooding back to you. How can it not? Their gorgeous images on the screen and their dreamy voices filling your ears have GOT to reel you back in!

Which episode is your VERY FAVORITE? I'm on 202 right now for research purposes for Memory Lane, and I think it just might be Brian and Justin at their very best!! The love throughout the whole episode and, of course, at the very end just awes me every time I watch it!

*hugs tight* Thank you, baby. I've missed all of you guys, too, and I'm planning on watching a couple of episodes when I have time (I'm putting on a show right now, and we just took it to a theatre festival so you'd better believe that that's been keeping me busy). I think I'm going to be going through some old favourites... which brings me to your next question. I have no idea which my favourite episode is - I adore 202, too, and that could be one of my most-watched episodes. Then there's 308, of course, and 314 and 118 and 110 (oh my God, I love 110) and 204 and... huh. I can't remember any episode numbers for seasons 4 and 5. I love the fucking chicken soup episode, and the season 4 finale and... oh, 510! Words cannot describe how much I love 510!

I'll be around a little more now, when I have things to post and time to post 'em. Mwah!

	LOL! I know, it's so tough to choose a 'favorite' favorite ep! There are so many stunning ones, all the ones you've mentioned at the top of the list! I'd like to add to it 511 -- the marriage proposal in Britin, with Brian handing Justin his heart on a silver platter. That just blows me away every time I watch it!
